3. Return Conditions

3.1 Unopened Products

To be eligible for a full refund, products must be:

  • Unopened and in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

3.2 Opened Products

If you have opened the product but wish to return it, you may still be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The return is within the 14-day withdrawal period
